Dennis Jungk
Dennis Jungk, a German citizen and resident, joined Bavin as an investment manager in 2021 and was appointed as CEO and President of the corporation in April 2022. He is responsible for the general oversight and execution of the investment strategy at Bavin. In addition, he is responsible for the group’s direct investments in Germany.
Besides experiences in a closed-end real estate fund in Hong Kong, Dennis worked as an asset manager with an international real estate company in Munich, Germany. Prior to joining Bavin, Dennis was responsible for the North American indirect real estate portfolio at Versicherungskammer Bayern (VKB), the largest public insurer in Germany, and was also involved in various transactions to expand the group's direct real estate portfolio.
Dennis holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Regensburg (IREBS) and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
Patrick Kellermann
Patrick Kellermann, also a German citizen and resident, joined Bavin as a Corporate Controller in 2016, was promoted to Head of Finance and Controlling in 2020 and was appointed as CFO and Vice President of the corporation in April 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations, including general controlling, debt placement, accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury and managing the IT-infrastructure.
Next to this position he acts as CEO of the german parent company.
Patrick holds a Masters of Science in Business Administration and Business Information Systems from the University of Augsburg.
